Hands wins SDX Award

The Society of Professional Journalists has named Phil Hands, cartoonist for the Wisconsin State Journal, winner of the Sigma Delta Chi award for newspapers with a circulation under 100,000.

Award winners were announced April 23.

The Madison pro chapter congratulates Hands.
