SPJ sets officer elections

The Madison pro chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists has adopted bylaws that codify officer elections will take place during the April business meeting. That will be April 2 this year.

Nominations are accepted from the floor, but in order to have an orderly election it will be helpful for candidates to submit their names in advance. The offices for which elections will be held are President, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer. If you plan to run for one of these offices, please email Secretary-Treasurer Rebecca Wasieleski at rebecca.wasieleski@cygnus.com by March 25. Please note: The existing office holders intend to seek re-election.
